Originally, the company was established in the year of 1971. as a proprietary concern. The business activity was in the field of manufacturing of Laboratory Equipments needed for Coal Mines, Iron Ore Mines, Chromites Mines, Mineral Dressing Plants under the proprietorship of Mr. Prabir Kumar Dutta. . With the increasing demand of the mineral industry, the activity was spreaded to manufacture production machines and equipment to cater the needs of the said industries with respect to both size and capacity with indigenous technology developed in house.

IN 1985 the company was re-structured and converted in to a Pvt. Ltd company under Indian Company’s Act 1954. So as to act as a standalone Company in the changed environment both technically and financially.

OUR MARKETING RESEARCH
IN 1986, our marketing research pointed out the requirement of sampling systems for huge amount of coal both in terms of size and capacity. Subsequently ,due to the requirement of sampling systems in indian market we got an opportunity In addition for manufacturing activity, we started designing, engineering,manufacturing, supplying, erection and commissioning Sampling systems for the forthcoming Thermal power plants in terms of requirements, Shifting of Gov. Policy to give the right of power generation to private players and to become only major player in the field for Steel Plants, Coal Mines, Power plants, Cement industries, Uranium Plants, Chromate Plants. Etc
COMPANY APPROVED BY NTPC
We became the first Indian Company approved by NTPC(National Thermal Power Corporation) for the design ,manufacture and supply of sampling system for their super thermal power plants and have also undertaken in designing manufacturing and supplying Material Handling Plant and System for coal. Our prolong effort to develop Hydraulic operated logic controlled special purpose Machineries for Refectory Industries and other industries such as Wet Grinding System, Dry Grinding System has been a grand sucess. Presently we are working for sampling with the Mineral Agglomeration Industry for Port Handling System for Coal in turnkey basis. .
