The in-house consumption of entire Sponge Iron to manufacture billets which is further rolled into TMT bars along with installation of captive power plant to utilize the waste heat, has improved the profitability of the group and thereby, making it economically more viable. This growth has been achieved by a maintained strategy of continual investment in our manufacturing facilities and technology. Installation of private railway siding at GIL for easy movement of raw material and finished goods has incurred lower logistic costs and proved to be very advantageous leaving other competitors in the region far behind and out of competition.

Laddle furnace technology provides a means for producing pure and clean steel for liquid molten metal after processing through Induction Furnace.  In order to achieve pure steel it has to be routed through secondary refining i.e. Laddle Refining.

The Project has been designed by Architects of international repute, M/s Arcop from Montreal Canada. The Landscape Architect for the project is MPFP Lc. from U.S.A. headed by Mr. Paul Freidberg.

Besides the existing real estate project of Lucknow and expansion in manufacturing unit, the company also plans to develop the existing land bank of about 13 lac sq.ft. into group housing and commercial projects.
