BMT RESIN LINE

BMT is a pioneer in manufacturing of Epoxy Drying Machine with the concept “Simply Automated” in India with the first machine dated 2nd April 2010. Our machines are equipped with in-house automation, rigid structure and high-quality electronic equipment’s.
We have supplied till now 100 + machines to the Marble & Granite processing industry. Our Resin Line / Epoxy Drawing machine has been instrumental in improving quality & surface finish of Marble & Granite Slabs. Our machine is best suited to process the Indian Marble & Granite as well as Imported Marble & Granite.

Automatic Resin & Epoxy coating plant makes use of Impregnation Technology for stone strength enhancement, improves stone quality, saves time, reduces weather dependency and manpower by using latest Mechanical, Electrical & Automation techniques. That plant is controlled by auto sequencing of slab by control panel. It increases the quality of slab and reduces manpower. Slab is heated at the specified temperature by a separate heating circuit. Its trays are covered by diamond shaped metal mesh, so that we can load multi slabs and tiles on each tray.

BMT Automatic Resin Line comes in two variants as:

RESIN MARVEL – Resin Marvels is a surface treatment machine which eliminates weather dependency, requirement of open space and provide superior quality curing process which results in glossy and smooth surface. Resin Marvel is a compact 40-tray single tower machine with optimum height of 6.3 Mtr. This is our unique design which is optimized on various parameters such as automation, production, mechanical design, HVAC design and maximum output criterion to produce a best in class product with productivity of about 16-18 trays/hour.

RESIN ULTIMATE – Unlike Resin Marvel, resin Ultimate is a cyclic machine and can be customized as per user requirement. Resin Ultimate have productivity of 20-22 trays/hour. Its main purpose is to provide solution for fragile material which require filling and 2-3 coatings of epoxy resin. It comes under two variants with 70 tray and 90 tray. Selection of machine is done on the basis of process and production rate required.

Lift of Plant

It works on a higher speed up to 20m/min with soft start and stop by Regenerative type variable frequency drive(VFD).
Lift is operated by chain mechanism with proper factor of safety.
Lift motion is controlled by close loop system for reading physical position of lift

Robotic Arm

LM Guide way and variable frequency drive is used for faster and smoother operation of arm.
Rotary actuators does the action of engaging and disengaging of arm with tray.
Lift conveyor is operated by variable frequency drive.

Vaccum Chamber

It is used for high penetration of epoxy and filling a chemical to fill up minute cracks and pin holes.
It is constructed by ribs structure to sustain high vacuum pressure. It is controlled on vacuum pressure basis.

Control of Resin Line

Sequencing of the tray from loading to unloading is controlled automatically through PLC control panel.
Because of our unique layout and optimum automation for maximum no of cycle, we can achieve an output up to 20 slabs/hr.
We are using non-contact sensor feedback for long life and maintenance free operation.
Automatic control of this line accomplishes filling process in the most effective way reducing time, cost and manpower and at the same time giving the best quality finished slab.

Tray

We Provide two types of tray:
- With expanded metal mesh.
- Without metal mesh.
